If you have any issues pertaining to your order, please write to us within 3 working days and we will try out best to resolve it.
We will however not be able to refund any tea products that has been subjected to any form of degradation due to unfavourable storage conditions after purchases.
How to store tea:
- Store away from direct Sunlight.
- Store opened tea packets in air-tight containers to block out light and moisture.
- Glass jars are not acceptable for storage because on the exposure to light.
- Store in a dry, dark & cool place.
Once an order is processed, no cancellation of orders will be allowed.
