SHOP FAQ

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Order Date
  • Order Summary
  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address

You will receive this email within minutes of placing your order online.

Please ensure that the email provided to us is valid.

If you have not received your confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing the order, please also check your spam folder.

Once payment has been made, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified. If you have issues making an order, please send us an email at nihao@ettetea.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We offer free shipping in Singapore for orders over S$60. A flat-rate price of S$8 to anywhere in Singapore for orders below S$60.
