Taro Milk Bubble Tea

 

Taro Milk Bubble Tea Preparation Method:

Part 1: Orh Nee Cold Brew

  1.  Put 15 g of Orh Nee tea leaves in 1 L of room temperature water
  2.  Cold brew it overnight (8-12 hours or longer)


Part 2: Taro Milk Bubble Tea

  1. In a cocktail shaker add:
    • 1 tablespoon of grape jam
    • 200ml of Orh Nee cold brew
    • 50ml of coconut water
    • 50 ml of full cream milk
    • 25 ml of sugar syrup

2. Add ice and mix well in shaker

3. Serve in glass half filled with ice cubes 

4. Garnish with pandan leaves and 1 grape
