Free shipping in Singapore for orders above S$80. Free international shipping for purchases above S$150.
For local orders below S$80, delivery charge of S$8 is applicable for delivery within 3 - 5 working days by registered mail. Next working day delivery charge at S$15.
International shipping at S$20 for a petit parcel & S$30 for a medium parcel.

Registered mail with tracking service
All parcels, local and international, are shipped via Singapore registered mail – we recommend shipping to a secure, attended location as a signature is required when the postman delivers the item.
All registered mails will be traceable with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking code. Please allow 24 hours before checking your tracking number.
Local shipment: Once your order is shipped, it will take 3-5 working days for it to reach you.
International shipment: You may check the transit time to your country here.

Unattended addresses / Failed deliveries
If you are shipping your order to an unattended address, or if there is no one at your shipping destination to sign for the parcel, you will receive a note to collect it from the nearest local post office. However, if the parcel has not be claimed for more than 10 days at your local post office, your parcel will be sent back to us.
In such rare circumstances, we will contact you to make arrangements for either a pick up (for local orders only) or re-delivery (shipping and handling fees may apply) once we have received your returned parcel.
Opting out of registered mail
If you wish to opt out of registered mail and prefer to have your parcel shipped via non-traceable normal mail, please leave a note when you checkout. In such a situation, we will not be liable for any parcels that get lost in the mail. Do note that we are unable to refund you the postage difference between registered and non-registered mail.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to us at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
